  6. We will listen to your feedback or service complaints, respond with our proposal within 3 working days and provide remedial action at no additional cost.
  7. We will respect the confidentiality of your information.
  8. We will recognize your brand’s corporate values and represent it appropriately in any communication we have with third-parties on your behalf and/or when using your logos and/or other trademarks.
  9. We will act with integrity in the delivery of our services respecting the confidentiality in then nature of the services we offer, predominantly for investment immigration clients.
