Ramiro Chamorro : Global Investments Director
Ramiro has held numerous senior positions in international organizations, the government and private enterprise over the course of his career. He commenced his professional trajectory with the Air Force before moving to the Middle East to work in communications. He liaised with numerous counterparts in the region in NGOs, IGOs and developed an extensive network within the diplomatic corps.
Having then spent a few years in the Horn of Africa on various assignments, Ramiro strengthened his commercial and negotiation skills. He furthered his career in various roles of responsibility both in operations and logistics in Cyprus.
Ramiro also led the set-up and management of a team in Northern Africa, coordinating all aspects of the operation including procurement, recruitment and logistics. His international expertise, commercial acumen and professional network have enabled him to lead AXESA in global expansion and investment projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ramiro completed his studies in Communications before commencing his career in foreign affairs and with both governmental and international organizations. During his career he has also undertaken various professional courses to fortify his management and operational skills.
STRENGTHS: His professional experience working across the world in operations, logistics, communications allow Ramiro to offer clients bespoke advice and strategic direction on investment opportunities abroad.
Julie Jimenez : Client Services Director
Julie has developed her career working in high-profile political and international organizations. She has spearheaded the establishment of a political office which sharpened her organisational and project management skills. Julie has demonstrated her professional resilience working under tight deadlines and pressure to deliver a high caliber of service.
Julie has worked with senior level government officials, presidents, members of the Diplomatic Corps, senior members of international organisations and former US presidents. Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of the level of excellence, professionalism and innovation needed to serve high-profile clients’ requirements enables her to succeed in her role. She has exceptional events management and project management skills and always goes the extra mile to deliver.
QUALIFICATIONS: Julie undertook graduate studies in Dentistry prior to changing the course of her studies. She studied Hotel and Tourism and then relocated to Australia where she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from UNSW.
STRENGTHS: An avid supporter of multiculturalism and humanitarian initiatives, Julie has second to none interpersonal skills and an exceptional eye for detail. A citizen of the world, she is passionate about delivering excellence and fostering fruitful relationships with her international clients.
Lorena Jimenez : Business Development Director
Lorena commenced her career in the tax-planning industry working on major international corporate transactions and providing corporate and trust services to HNWIs, investors and global companies. She developed astute business development skills and commercial expertise, successfully on-boarding major corporate clients including Goldman Sachs, InvestAD, Kotak Group, Tata and Gazprom. A high-achieving professional, she then led the strategic product development efforts for a new service line in Cypriot Funds Administration.
Lorena has held management roles in the renewable energy industry, overseeing all corporate and compliance matters for 10 solar projects in the UK and also in the insurance industry, developing a global network of offices and associates in over 30 jurisdictions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Lorena completed her Business degree at a leading Australian University before undertaking a Masters in International Relations in the United Kingdom. Whilst working in the financial services industry she undertook a Postgraduate Degree in Law (Corporate) from the University of London that complemented her extensive commercial expertise.
STRENGTHS: An advocate for international business, entrepreneurship and egalitarianism, Lorena is passionate about citizenship by investment and enabling clients to achieve global mobility.
